Beef Skillet Stir Fry





















Beef Skillet Stir Fry

Serves-6

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb sizzler or steak of your choice, cubed or sliced long wise
1/2 cup frozen organic peas
1 cup frozen organic broccoli 
1/4th cup shredded carrots
1 cup brown rice
2 cups organic beef stock

Sauce:
1/4th cup gluten free soy sauce( I used "bragg " you can use coconut aminos as well)
1/4th cup sesame oil ( brown sauce used for asian cooking)
1/4th cup honey
1/4th cup water
1 Tbsp ginger
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp pepper

- Place all ingredients into a bowl and whisk. 

DIRECTIONS:

1. Grab a medium sized skillet and place the heat on medium.
2. Put meat into skillet and cook for about 3-5 min; slightly undercooked as well add it back to the pan to cook later.
3. Set meat aside and place rice, veggies , chicken stock and marinade into the pan.
4. This process should take about 30 min, enough time for the rice to cook. After most of the juice is absorbed by the rice place steak back in for another 5-10 min.
5. Serve immediately.
