INGREDIENTS:
24 asparagus spears
12 pieces prosciutto
1/4th cup olive oil or
melted coconut oil ~approximately
pepper
garlic powder
DIRECTIONS:
- Place oven on High Broil.
- Grab a baking sheet and drizzle with some oil.
- Place two asparagus spears together and using one prosciutto wrap the asparagus until prosciutto runs out.
- Place wrapped asparagus on pan and continue until all asparagus have been wrapped.
- Drizzle some more oil onto the tips and ends of asparagus so they don't dry out.
- Sprinkle with pepper and garlic powder to taste.
- Bake on high broil for about 5 min then flip each spear over for another 5 min baking time.
- Serve immediately.
