Curry Turkey Salad



















Curry Turkey Salad

Serves- 6

INGREDIENTS:

2 lbs already cooked turkey cubes
4 organic celery stalks, diced finely
1 medium sweet onion, finely chopped
½ cup organic pecans
½ cup organic cranberries
1/4th cup organic sun-dried tomatoes finely chopped
6 oz or small container greek yogurt
1.5 cups mayo
1-1.5 tsp curry powder
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for a few hours and serve cold with a salad or on bread.

*NOTES- This is so delicious and tasty I was so surprised. Definitely a make again quick and different salad to bring to a pot luck or family reunion!
