Paleo Bark with Sunflower Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds and Coconut Flakes

 













 




Paleo Bark
 with Sunflower Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds and Coconut Flakes

Serves: 6-8 ppl

INGREDIENTS:
12 oz dark cocao 77% or higher (I used endangered species chocolate(mint))
1/4th cup coconut oil
2 Tbsp coconut flakes
2 Tbsp sunflower seeds
2 Tbsp pumpkin seeds


DIRECTIONS:

1. Put all chocolate and coconut oil into a sauce pan on the stove over low heat. Wait for the chocolate and oil to melt fully.
2. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet. Make sure paper is slightly bigger then pan.
3. Once chocolate is melted place all seeds and flakes into the sauce pan and mix.
4. Turn burner off and pour all of chocolate onto the baking sheet.
5. Tilt pan to evenly coat the pan with chocolate spread until desired evenness.
6. Sprinkle more flakes and seeds ontop of the bark right before you put it in the freezer.
7. Place bark into freezer for about an hour or until hard enough to break.
8. Break into different sizes . Have fun with this part. Big ones and small ones to appease everyone!
