Gluten Free Paleo Peach Crisp















 

 

Peach Crisp 


Serves-6


INGREDIENTS: 

5-6 ripe peaches, sliced off the core into wedges

2-1/4 cup all purpose gf flour, coconut flour or almond meal

1/4th cup coconut flakes

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp nutmeg

½ cup melted coconut oil

½ cup honey

1/4th cup ghee butter(grassfed)

1 tsp organic brown sugar *optional for topping



DIRECTIONS:


  1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Chop all peaches and place in a glass pan. I used one smaller then a 9x13 pan.
  3. In a medium sized bowl add all dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. In a separate small bowl add all wet ingredients omit the brown sugar and mix.
  5. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix.
  6. With your hands crumble the dough onto the peaches evenly.
  7. Lastly add the 1 tsp brown sugar for a nice brown crisp topping.
  8. Cover and cook for 30 min.
  9. Serve with some vanilla ice cream.



* You may play around with the flours or make your own custom blend. Also you can exchange the peaches for apples, blueberries or any other fruit and it will still taste great!
