Sirloin Delight






Sirloin Delight


Serves 4-6


INGREDIENTS:

2 organic grass fed sirloins cut up into thin strips
2 cups frozen organic broccoli
1 lg onion cut into big chunks
1 container of mushrooms, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp pepper
½ tbsp basil
¼ cup BRAGG Liquid Aminos (Gluten Free soy sauce)
2 tbsp Ghee butter
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Put 1 tbsp of ghee into pan with only 1 tbsp chopped garlic, all garlic powder, and pepper.
  2. Place all vegetables into pan besides broccoli. Pour 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar and basil into pan over vegetables.
  3. Sauté for about 5-7 min. Add broccoli in for last 3-5 min.
  4. In a separate pan add 1 tbsp ghee, 1 tbsp chopped garlic and 1 tbsp balsamic and ¼ cup Bragg liquid. Add meat and cook until done.
  5. Add vegetables to pan with the meat and cook for 3 more min.
  6. Serve immediately.
