Gluten Free Spiced French Toast

Serves-3

INGREDIENTS:

6 pieces Gluten free bread( I used samy's banana nut)
3 eggs
1/4th cup coconut milk
1.5 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 vanilla bean scooped out or 1 tsp vanilla extract
Ghee butter for the pan

DIRECTIONS:

1. Crack all eggs and whisk in a bowl. Add coconut milk and spices.
2. Prepare cooking pan on medium heat with 1-2 tbsp ghee butter and melt.
3. Place one piece of bread into the egg/milk mixture, flipping once getting all sides full of egg.
4. Place bread into skillet and cook about 3 min per side or until done to your likeness.
5. When both sides look cooked enough for you place on a serving plate and enjoy with some warm pure maple syrup. May add fruit, nuts or some more cinnamon and nutmeg.
