Paleo Chocolate Covered Bananas

























Chocolate Covered Bananas 


Serves-8-10

INGREDIENTS: 

6 bananas
1 cup almond butter or peanut butter
1.5 cups semi sweet chocolate chips


DIRECTIONS: 

1. Peel and slice bananas into 1 inch thick pieces, placing them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

2. Put about 1 Tbsp almond butter or peanut butter onto each banana. 
3. Place baking sheet in freezer for about 20 min. 
4. While bananas are freezing lets melt the chocolate for dipping. Using a double boiler on low -medium heat, add all of chocolate. Mix until all chocolate is melted. 

5. Dip bananas one by one into melted chocolate using a spoon or a fork, which ever is easiest to hold banana on for you.
6. Place back onto parchment paper to cool in freezer or fridge for another 10-20 min.
7. Store in freezer until ready to eat, then thaw for about 10 min in fridge before serving.
